  • 1993

    RTS Ticketing was created by Robert Chabot to economically automate a small, family run, chain of motion picture theatres. The first version was a simple DOS program that allowed multiple terminal ticketing on standard computer hardware.

  • 2008

    RTS moved it's headquarters and primary operations to Knoxville Tennessee. Financial operations and Sales remained in the Michigan office.

  • 2014

    RTS introduces Digital Signage.

  • 2015

    RTS introduces Secure Processing (EMV and Tokenization).

  • 2016

    RTS releases Restaurant Interface allowing ticket sales and restaurant operations through a single POS solution.

  • 2019

    RTS introduces its mobile app for Android and IOS devices.
