In the early 1990s, theatre operator Rob Chabot ran into a problem every exhibitor knows: point-of-sale systems were either overly complex or never designed for cinema in the first place. He wrote software that prioritized simplicity, speed, and reliability — for his own family-operated chain.

Thirty-plus years later that software runs the box office, concessions, and back office of more than 900 cinemas, and has sold over a billion tickets. It is still built the same way: features come from operator feedback.

Sales, development, media, and support all work out of the same building in Knoxville, TN. There is no roadmap committee — if enough theatres need something, it gets built.
