Where do I get plastic gift cards?
You order them from a card printer. RTS support can point you to a supplier and loads the card numbers into your POS so they scan and swipe.
Can guests buy gift cards on my website?
Yes. RTS gives you a gift card page you can link from your website, with a separate page for checking balances.
What if someone loses their e-gift card email?
Staff can find the purchase in RTS and resend the card to the same email or a different one. No call to RTS needed.
Can I see how much is outstanding on gift cards?
Yes. The Current Balances report shows the remaining value on every card, with a total at the bottom.
Can guests use gift cards online and in the app?
